Green Treated Cant Rail 47 x 125 x 3600mm

This cant rail is machined from green pressure treated sawn softwood with a nominal section of 47 x 125mm, finished to 47 x 75mm, over a 3600mm length. The top edge is cut to an angle so rainwater runs off the rail instead of sitting on the timber.

Cant rails are fixed horizontally between posts as the backbone of closeboard fencing, carrying the vertical boards, and the 3600mm length spans wide post centres to reduce joints in a run. Used for closeboard fencing and feather edge fence construction where a treated angled rail is required.
