Expamet Galvanised Scrolled Hip Iron 300 x 25 x 4mm
The Expamet scrolled hip iron is a galvanised mild steel bracket that restrains hip and ridge tiles at the junction of a hipped roof, preventing them from slipping. It is nailed or screwed to the timber rafter before the final tile is bedded in place.
Used for hip roof tile junctions where a restraint bracket is required to prevent tile slippage.
